  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

Surah 36 | Ya-Sin | ইয়াসীন | Verse: 12 - 32

  • আর তাদের কাছে বর্ণনা করুন এক জনপদের অধিবাসীদের দৃষ্টান্ত; যখন তাদের কাছে এসেছিল রাসূলগণ। যখন আমি তাদের কাছে দু’জন রাসূল পাঠিয়েছিলাম, তখন তারা তাদেরকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলেছিল। তারপর আমি তাদেরকে তৃতীয় একজনের মাধ্যমে শক্তিশালী করেছিলাম। অতঃপর তারা বলেছিল, ‘নিশ্চয় আমরা তোমাদের প্রতি প্রেরিত রাসূল’। জনপদবাসীরা বলল- তোমরা তো আমাদেরই মত মানুষ বতীত অন্য কিছু নও। আর দয়াময় (আল্লাহ) কোন কিছুই নাযিল করেননি। তোমরা শুধু মিথ্যেই বলছ। রসূলগণ বলল- আমাদের পালনকর্তা জানেন আমরা অবশ্যই তোমাদের প্রতি প্রেরিত হয়েছি। স্পষ্টভাবে (আল্লাহর বাণী) পৌঁছে দেয়াই আমাদের একমাত্র দায়িত্ব। জনপদের লোকেরা বলল- আমরা তোমাদেরকেই অমঙ্গলের কারণ মনে করি। তোমরা যদি (প্রচারকার্য থেকে) নিবৃত্ত না হও, তাহলে আমরা অবশ্য অবশ্যই তোমাদেরকে পাথর মেরে হত্যা করব এবং আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে বড়ই মর্মান্তিক শাস্তি তোমাদের উপর অবশ্য অবশ্যই নেমে আসবে। রসূলগণ বলল, তোমাদের অমঙ্গলের কারণ তোমাদের সাথেই। তোমাদেরকে উপদেশ দেয়া হয়েছে বলেই কি এরূপ বলছ? বরং তোমরা সীমালঙ্ঘনকারী সম্প্রদায়। আর শহরের দূরপ্রান্ত থেকে এক ব্যক্তি দৌড়ে এসে বলল, হে আমার সম্প্রদায়! তোমরা রাসূলদের অনুসরণ কর। তোমরা তাদের অনুসরণ কর যারা তোমাদের কাছে কোন প্রতিদান চায় না আর তারা সৎপথপ্রাপ্ত’। ‘আর আমি কেন তাঁর ইবাদাত করব না যিনি আমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন? আর তাঁর কাছেই তোমাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে নেয়া হবে’। আমি কি তাঁর পরিবর্তে অন্য ইলাহ গ্রহণ করব? যদি পরম করুণাময় আমার কোন ক্ষতি করার ইচ্ছা করেন, তাহলে তাদের সুপারিশ আমার কোন কাজে আসবে না এবং তারা আমাকে উদ্ধারও করতে পারবে না’। এরূপ করলে আমি অবশ্যই স্পষ্ট বিভ্রান্তিতে পতিত হব। ‘নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাদের রবের প্রতি ঈমান এনেছি, অতএব তোমরা আমার কথা শোন’। (লোকেরা তাকে হত্যা করে ফেললে আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে) তাকে বলা হল- জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর। (তখন) সে বলল- হায়! আমার জাতির লোকেরা যদি জানত, ‘আমার রব আমাকে কিসের বিনিময়ে ক্ষমা করে দিয়েছেন এবং আমাকে সম্মানিতদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করেছেন’। আর আমি তার (মৃত্যুর) পর তার সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে আসমান থেকে কোন সৈন্য পাঠাইনি। আর তা পাঠানোর কোন দরকারও আমার ছিল না। তা ছিল শুধুই একটি বিকট আওয়াজ, ফলে তারা নিথর-নিস্তব্ধ হয়ে পড়ল। আফসোস, বান্দাদের জন্য! যখনই তাদের কাছে কোন রাসূল এসেছে তখনই তারা তাকে নিয়ে ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ করেছে। তারা কি লক্ষ্য করেনি যে, আমি তাদের পূর্বে কত প্রজন্মকে ধ্বংস করেছি, নিশ্চয় তারা তাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে না। এবং অবশ্যই তাদের সকলকে একত্রে আমার কাছে হাযির করা হবে।

  • And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it. When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you." They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies." They said, "Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you, And we are not responsible except for clear notification." They said, "Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and there will surely touch you, from us, a painful punishment." They said, "Your omen is with yourselves. Is it because you were reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people." And there came from the farthest end of the city a man, running. He said, "O my people, follow the messengers. Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided. And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned? Should I take other than Him [false] deities [while], if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me? Indeed, I would then be in manifest error. Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me." It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know . Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored." And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so. It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished. How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him. Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them - that they to them will not return? And indeed, all of them will yet be brought present before Us.
